What is Anxiety?

  3. From here, you and your therapist will work together to create a custom path to feeling more peace in situations of stress and anxiety. After each session, you’ll leave feeling clarity on the why behind your stress and anxiety and confidence in your ability to take the tools you learn in therapy into the “real world.”
