Online Booking System Change published | 14 September As of October 2017 Bliss will be transitioning to a new online booking and scheduling system in order to create a more seamless experience for our clients. This system switch will not require extra work on the part of the client – all of the data for current and future appointments will be transferred, as well as client information such as contact information and purchase history. Clients will still be able to login and manage their own schedules, booking and cancelling appointments as needed. However, the following changes will affect clients: ● Online booking logins will need to be set up again – this is done through a Welcome Email that we will send out once the system is running. If you would like to receive this email, please either notify your therapist or send an email to email@example.com to add your name to the list. ● There will no longer be an app associated with the booking system – appointments will need to be booked through a web browser. We recognize that this might be an inconvenience for some, but the site is very mobile friendly, and can also be pinned to smartphone home screens as though it were an app. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns!
