Therapeutic Approach & Style: For Andrew, therapy is more than just helping clients identify and solve issues. He recognizes that clients would benefit from developing self-awareness. Often, the presenting issues can relate to their early experiences and shape who they are today. Andrew can also explore with clients how these issues may also impact their current relationships in their daily life. Andrew believes every client has their own unique strengths. They can be utilized to improve any ‘imbalances’ and unlock true potential in order to become the very best version of themselves. He also values curiosity and uses it as a vehicle to guide clients in uncovering new realizations and expanding their worldviews. Andrew appreciates that it takes a great amount of effort for clients to showcase vulnerability. He strives to create a safe space where clients can express their thoughts and feelings freely. Andrew meets with clients where they are at today; he acknowledges that each client is the expert in their life. Therefore, Andrew is committed to provide clients with various tools and strategies in order to further support them with their ongoing journey.
