She completed her bachelor’s and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Waterloo. Fariba uses a combination of approaches to meet your needs and your goals for therapy. These approaches include Trauma-Informed Practices, EMDR, Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and Gottman Method Relational Therapy.
