Keagan's Bio

As part of the Client Services team, Keagan will always be ready to greet you with a smile and ensure the utmost comfort!

Keagan is a 4th-year undergraduate student in Honours Psychology and Business at the University of Waterloo. With a strong passion for psychological science and always wanting to lend a helping hand, he aspires to pursue his own career within psychotherapy. While he’s just starting on the path, he plans to continue his education into a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and perhaps a Ph.D later down the road.

With over 8 years of customer service experience, he’s ready to put his foot in the door in the world of counselling. In his studies, he is very interested in understanding more about CBT and mindfulness, trauma informed practices, as well as more nuanced, experimental therapies in order to eventually specialize in topics such as motivation, anxiety, depression, and OCD with young adults.

As a huge movie buff, Keagan loves to talk about anything related to cinema: from the written plots and characters, to the extensive behind the scenes of blockbuster hits and cult classics alike. He is always looking for new and underrated suggestions to add to his list. If you really want to get on his good side, come on in with unique and well-shot nature documentaries!
