In her down time, Lindsay enjoys chilling out with her dog and getting outside– kayaking, swimming, and camping. She feels most at peace by the water, whether that’s sitting on a dock, laying on a beach or floating in waves. She’s a believer in the power of self-care which often includes her love of strength-training, meditation, catching up on mindless TV shows, and connecting with friends and family. Many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and extended health care plans will cover services rendered by a Registered Social Worker.
