Paul's Bio

Paul believes that everyone is on their own unique journey, is here for a purpose, and has a story to share. He has travelled around the world, experienced many different cultures, and appreciates health and happiness in many different forms.

Education and Experience: Paul has a science degree that reflects his connection with nature and love of learning. He has a teaching degree and continues to use his teaching skills both privately with individuals, and publicly at workshops and conferences. He is currently completing his master’s degree in counselling psychology that reflects his joy in helping people. Paul has worked in many industries and has been coaching diverse individuals and groups for over twenty years to improve themselves, build trust with others, and achieve better outcomes. He has extensive experience working in corporate and high-tech environments, and has a deep understanding of the stresses that impact you, your relationships, and your professional life.

Therapeutic Style and Approach: Paul is known for using his kindness, openness, humour, and curiosity to create safe spaces where people can relax and be themselves. He uses holistic systems thinking and strengths-based views to help you see your whole picture. Paul matches the modalities and evidence-based tools to each person’s unique needs to help them cope and thrive in a challenging world.

He provides a friendly, non-judgmental, trauma-informed presence to help you work through any difficult experiences that may be weighing you down. And he can help challenge you to gain new insights if you need to shake things up. Paul is happy to walk along with you on your wellbeing tour.

Personal: With any remaining free time, you might find Paul reading, spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, or exploring new things and experiences.
