- C0-create a safe and supportive space for healing, where every voice is valued and respected.

As an affinity group, this workshop transcends traditional learning by co-creating a profound healing experience. At Bliss, we understand the power of healing through connection and community. Members are encouraged to share their stories in safety, fostering authentic connections that support one another through the healing process. This kind of collaborative environment will allow you to explore your internal system, supporting your self-discovery while facilitating personal growth.
By connecting with others who share similar experiences, you will have the opportunity to delve into your protective parts, unburden your wounds, and cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your community.
While some knowledge of Internal Family Systems (IFS) can be beneficial, it is not necessary. Your readiness can be assessed in a complimentary consultation with Christine, our facilitator. Participants will engage in dyads, encouraging deeper connections and personal sharing in a supportive environment. This workshop is well-suited for those looking for an affirming and trauma-informed space to make meaningful shifts in their lives and who recognize IFS as a powerful tool for achieving their therapeutic goals.
