
RISE: Unlock Desire & Create Security
If you feel stuck in the same arguments, chasing closeness only to feel pushed away, or pulling back even when you long for connection, you are not alone.
RISE is a 4-week program that combines self-paced lessons with live Q&A and process groups. It is designed to help you break free from old patterns and step into a new way of relating. You will learn how to calm your system when emotions run high, understand why you react the way you do, and build intimacy that feels safe, playful, and exciting.
In this program you will:
- Decode your attachment style and how it shapes your relationships
- Learn practices to regulate your nervous system during emotional intensity
- Understand how desire works (spontaneous vs responsive) and what turns you on or off
- Navigate desire differences with clarity and compassion
- Use communication strategies that keep you and your partner connected
- Create simple rituals to sustain intimacy and pleasure over time

RISE blends independence with support so you can learn and practice in the way that works best for you.
