In-person sessions run out of our Waterloo and Milton offices, with virtual therapy available anywhere in Ontario.

What to Expect
- 50-minute sessions at $100
- Ongoing case consultation with one of Bliss’s senior clinical supervisors
- Intentional therapist matching based on your needs
- Human-first care rooted in curiosity, empathy, and clinical excellence
Your First Step → Free Consultation
We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to help you explore this option, ask questions, and find a good match. No pressure, just connection.
Here’s what that means in practice: your intern is the one meeting with you, building the relationship, and leading your sessions. Behind the scenes, they consult regularly with their supervisor; reviewing your case, talking through clinical approach, and making sure the care you’re receiving reflects the same standard as our fully licensed team. Your supervisor isn’t in the room, and they’re not a second therapist you’ll be introduced to; think of them as an experienced second set of eyes supporting your intern’s work between sessions, not a third party sitting in on your care.
You still get one consistent therapist, one relationship, and one person who knows your story, just with an extra layer of senior clinical expertise backing them up
