She is passionate about creating spaces where clients feel genuinely safe, understood, and respected and believes that the therapeutic relationship itself is a cornerstone of meaningful change. Taruny has a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care from Toronto Metropolitan , and is currently enrolled in Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology
Taruny works under the supervision of Tammy Benwell, MSW, RSW, the co-owner at Bliss Counselling, Milton. With Tammy’s guidance, Taruny provides high-quality, supervised care while cultivating her own clinical voice. Clients benefit from both Taruny’s lived experience and Tammy’s extensive expertise.

When she’s not in session, Taruny enjoys staying active, experimenting in the kitchen with cooking and baking, exploring her love of makeup and beauty, and spending time with her dog.
