Utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach, Christine works with each client in a unique way that addresses their specific wants and needs. Through the integration of a variety of techniques and aspects of various modalities, Christine aims to deepen each client’s therapeutic experience and amplify the support they receive. Christine often integrates aspects of Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness into the therapeutic process. With the understanding that each individual’s path is unique, Christine collaborates with clients to identify which strategies and techniques provide support towards a path of meaningful progress.
Christine is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She obtained a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, graduating with honours. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Laurentian University and a Child and Youth Work diploma from Georgian College.
Above all, Christine is here to collaboratively develop a trusting, non-judgemental, supportive relationship that empowers you to navigate opportunities and challenges as they arise at your own pace. Christine aims to ensure that every client feels She does so by working to provide a foundation based on respect, empathy and compassion.
