Dominique works with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, and relationships. Dominique believes that conversation can lead to meaningful change by creating new ways of understanding yourself and the stories you carry. Through her work, she supports clients in recognizing patterns and developing solutions that lead to lasting change.

In sessions, Dominique brings a calm, grounded presence balanced with moments of playfulness and gentle challenge, offering a space where you can feel understood and respected. She believes every client brings valuable knowledge, strengths, and skills, and works collaboratively with her clients to make sense of their experiences, navigate challenges, and move toward what matters most to them.

Dominique is currently completing the final year of her Master of Psychotherapy degree at the University of Guelph and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo. Dominique works under the supervision of Kelly McDonnell, MA, MBA, RSW, RP, a senior therapist, clinical supervisor, and founder of Bliss Counselling.

Outside of her work, Dominique can often be found in her garden, reading in a hammock, spending time with family and friends, or collecting a new hobby.
