Drawing from her own experiences of immigrating and living in Canada as a racialized woman, Fariba celebrates and embraces the resilience and strength of her clients. She remembers the seemingly small details and intricacies about her clients’ lives, acknowledging how their experiences have shaped them, without passing judgement. Known for creating a trusting space, Fariba ensures her clients feel seen, wholly accepted, and validated, encouraging them to explore their innermost thoughts and emotions.
With Fariba, you’ll find a therapist who meets you where you are, offering reflections for greater self-discovery and fulfilment. She derives great joy from connecting her clients more deeply with themselves and their loved ones, guiding them toward a brighter and more empowered future.
Fariba believes in the importance of self-care! When she’s not with clients, you may find her peacefully meditating, walking barefoot on the beach, or swimming against the water’s current. Fariba absolutely adores her energetic dog, JJ, finding joy in their playful interactions.
Many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and extended health care plans will cover services rendered by a Registered Social Worker.
