Magda obtained her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She previously completed her Honours Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Psychology at the University of Toronto in Mississauga. Magda is currently a Registered Psychotherapist under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Through a combination of Narrative and Solution Focused modalities, Magda’s individual sessions allow for clients’ stories to be explored and be built upon to reflect resilience.

Informed by the Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy, Magda’s relationship sessions help guide clients towards improved communication and a shared understanding of each other’s relational beliefs and values to promote bonding and conflict resolution.

As a queer, polyamorous, and sex and kink positive therapist, Magda has an interest in supporting clients in exploring their identities and developing intentional and aligned relationships.

When she is not in office, Magda is found spending quality time with loved ones, swing dancing, breaking a sweat at the local Crossfit gym, getting lost in a good book, and trying not to get lost on a hike with her dog.

Many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and extended health care plans will cover services rendered by a Registered Psychotherapist.
