Tammy has been a social worker since 2004. She has worked in many different fields: foster children, women shelters and the hospital in the mental health unit. Tammy has been a therapist for over 8 years and truly loves the work that she does!

Life isn’t easy and a lot of us have faced many issues over the years, especially with the changes COVID brought. Tammy believes all of us have lived through some traumatic experiences and have faced many difficult changes to how we live our lives. She also believes that we can learn new skills to help us cope with these life challenges and take new steps to creating a life we want.
