More About Tanisha

Tanisha Hall is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Windsor, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

Tanisha supports individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, relationship and parenting challenges, neurodivergence, and identity-based stress, particularly within BIPOC communities. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive, creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported in their growth. In her work with couples and families, Tanisha helps clients build deeper emotional connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict with clarity and confidence. She is passionate about helping people create meaningful and lasting change in their relationships and lives.

Tanisha also works with clients processing the impacts of racial trauma, systemic oppression, and intergenerational patterns. Her approach centers on validation, empowerment, and healing through a culturally sensitive lens.

She draws on modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring each session to meet her clients’ individual needs.
