Whitney is currently completing the practicum component of her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Bliss. She brings a fresh perspective to her work, rooted in the belief that people possess an inherent ability to change and grow. Whitney emphasizes the profound connection between our thoughts, behaviors, and feelings, and how they impact our experiences and well-being. She is passionate about cultivating self-regulation, recognizing its transformative power in changing lives.

With a strong foundation in non-profit community organizations, Whitney has extensive experience in roles that involve helping others, building community, and fostering meaningful connections.
